Self-acceptance is the key to meditation
Ann Bost
A meditator for over 15 years, the practice has been deeply transformative for me.
My sessions incorporate multiple traditions and techniques, including mindfulness, breathwork, mantra, gratitude practice and loving-kindness.
I have found that learning to breathe in a more functional way, learning to let go of one’s breathing patterns, helps and accelerates the connection with oneself (one’s being).
This is why I work on my clients dysfunctional breathing habits and help them first learn to let go of their breathing and then guide them into meditation.
I translate everything I’ve learned into simple terms, which makes my classes suitable for beginners as well as experts.
Regardless of your level of experience, my approach effectively reduces stress and promotes well-being.

I help you to reveal your capacity to : Accept, Love, Be… Yourself.
Meditation
A regular meditation practice is one of the most powerful tools for improving overall health and an antidote to stress. During meditation, the body decreases the production of stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline, while increasing the neurotransmitters associated with calm and well-being, including dopamine, serotonin and oxytocin.
Meditation has nothing to do with relaxation, it is about working on your ability to accept who you are and just be, be where you are.
It’s not about trying to create another more relaxed or more positive YOU, it’s about not trying to change at all.
It is simply a matter of: Acceptance, Love, Being, not Achievement.
Meditation is the way to self-awakening, the way to free yourself from suffering and limitations.

How to notice distractions and calm your mind.
Noticing where your thoughts and emotions are held in your body.
How to stay mindful by using your breath as an anchor.
How to integrate mindfulness into daily tasks.
How to be kinder to yourself and more tolerant and patient with others
Mindfulness in everyday life: a three-minute break to breathe and feel good about yourself.
